West Central Florida Chapter Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.)
West Central Concerns of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S.) is dedicated to supporting the National mission of rebuilding the shattered lives of law enforcement survivors and co-workers affected by line-of-duty deaths. Through active fundraising events, C.O.P.S. strives to provide programs and resources to help those impacted as they navigate a challenging and unexpected journey.
West Central Florida C.O.P.S. Chapter assists families and collaborates with agencies across nine counties: Citrus, De Soto, Hardee, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco, Pinellas, and Sarasota. C.O.P.S. provides resources to support surviving families and co-workers, addressing emotional, financial, and legal needs. This organization also provides training for law enforcement agencies on survivor victimization issues and engages in public outreach and awareness for law enforcement and the families of fallen officers.
As President of West Central Florida C.O.P.S., it is my honor to serve our surviving families, law enforcement community, and supporters throughout the chapter.
